Collection: Knives & Knife Care

Kanned Heat Kitchen is fueled by a deep understanding of the realities of life in the kitchen—the relentless grind, the physical toll, and the passion that keeps chefs pushing forward despite the challenges. At its core, the inspiration comes from Jon's personal journey: nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, experiencing firsthand the strain on the body, the need for better tools, and the desire to create something that uplifts rather than wears down those who dedicate their lives to the craft. It’s inspired by the people. Every chef who has worked through back pain, sore feet, and long nights. Every kitchen crew searching for smarter solutions, better gear, and ways to extend their careers without sacrificing their health. The mission is simple: to build products, apparel, and resources that make life easier, more sustainable, and healthier for the chefs who bring food to life. And coffee? Coffee is the heartbeat of that mission—the thing that brings people together, drives business, and fuels the bigger goal of creating a movement that changes how chefs live and work for the better.
